She attended Bard College, Royal Academy of the Dramatic Arts, Goldsmiths University, and Steppenwolf West for her theatrical training and has appeared in numerous film, television, commercial, video game and animated projects. Abigail resides in Los Angeles with her husband and dog Reg.
